Handcuffed Man Hits Officer With Forcibly Thrown Cheeseburger

Last week, police in Florida got a call about an old man that had previously been trespassed at his local convenience store. According to reports, 73 year old Joseph Delaney had been causing trouble at the store and was asked to not come back, yet he did. When officers were detaining Joe, he had a cheeseburger in his hand. He was ordered to drop the burger, but he did not. After they finally got him in handcuffs, he "forcibly" threw the burger at the officer hitting in the leg and getting burger juice all over him. They eventually wrangled him up and took him in for trespassing and felony battery on an officer. His previous convictions span from attempted murder, fraud, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon when he tried to hit a cop with a metal pole.
